  • Masterclass 2: Quality Kitchen Team Performance & Staff Retention
    The kitchen team performance influences the overall standard and efficiency within a kitchen. Managing performance is an on-going chef management role and should be pro-active not reactive.
    In this Masterclass you will learn the practical tools and techniques, whatever your personal style, to manage kitchen staff performance.

    In just 90 minutes learn how to deal with under-performance and how to:

  • Understand the importance of communicating the required standards of performance.
  • Provide effective feedback on performance
  • Be consistent in achieving high standards
