Consumer awareness of premises commitment to staff training
For establishments using the EduCater Food Safety Training Programme- Induction Level and certifying the competencies of their staff, EduCater will promote their commitment to food safety training to the consumer and industry through the issue of the EduCater- Commitment to Food Safety Training Seal ©. Further seals will be awarded annually to the food premises that continue to conduct ongoing checks of the competencies of their trained staff.
Steps to attaining the EduCater- Commitment to Food Safety Training Seal ©
- Implement the EduCater Food Safety Training Programme- Induction Level
- Following training, assess the 'on the job' competencies of staff and submit competency certificate request forms to EduCater
- EduCater will issue to the food establishment:
- Competency certificates to be signed by the food establishment
